We request that all items are returned by 8.30pm on the due day.
(Unless it is a same day rental, then it must be handed to a staff member before 6pm).
We do not however, charge an extended viewing fee unless the item is returned after (or just before) closing, to facilitate this, please ensure all items are returned at least one hour before closing.

Xtra-vision have a 28 day policy on mobile phones.
Should your phone develop a fault within this time, we will replace or refund the item, subject to the fault being verified, plus all packaging, manuals and a valid receipt being returned.
Should the fault be due to a lack of coverage we reserve the right to deduct the amount of used credit.
After the 28 day period, all phones which have developed a fault must be sent for repair, they will be repaired free of charge under their warranty provided the fault is not as a result of consumer damage or misuse.
What should I do if the item I rented doesn't work?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our product they can, and do sustain damage, we try to avoid this as much as possible. However should a rental item not perform to the expected standard, it must still be returned on time. If possible please call the store and let them know as soon as possible. Your account may be credited with the rental fee paid, or an exchange (same title only) will be given where possible or you will receive a full refund if you choose. (Should there be an unusual frequency of the above, the "faulty" product will have to be tested prior to credit being given).
